This was the best trip to China, we went to Beijing, Xian, Zhangjiajie, Shanghai and it was a great journey! Everything was in order from beginning to end. Our guide Rocky was very knowledgeable, friendly and made our trip very enjoyable with interesting stories and local features. The itinerary was well organized and gave us enough time at each city without feeling hasty.

Returning customer, this time with wife and 5-yr old child. Our guide Adam did everything to make our experience great, despite the heat and the crowds. Besides being extremely knowledgeable and fluent in English anyone can understand, he considers all factors and parameters with only one thing in mind: the satisfaction of the clients. He took initiative to amend the schedule, in order to save us hours of standing in line. He chose local restaurants that served delicious food, for all tastes - even of our little girl. Not a single thing to remark for potential improvement. Just a tip to readers with young kids: try to avoid the period of Chinese school holidays. All attractions are busy.
Our overall experience was great. The service provided by our guide was outstanding. The flexibility to arrange our own itinerary was a plus. We really enjoyed the privacy and freedom of this tour. The highlight was the bamboo raft ride in Guilin. Definitely recommended to anyone looking for an adventure.
We worked with Tony. He was terrific in arrangements. We chose Olove Tour as we weren t interested in shopping tours. We liked guided visits to historic sights but having free time to explore on our own. Would use them again for future trips to China.
Highly recommend Cici as a tour guide. Cici grew up in Zhangjiajie before it became a tourist destination and knows the area so very well. He knows where to go and makes my trip very easy. Being from the area he can also tell you the life of the Tujia people and how they live. The stories make me appreciate the ZJJ area even more. Cici is very friendly, helpful and very very knowledgeable. 100% recommend! ZJJ is a stunning national park.

Our guide Cici made our day trip to Mutianyu Great Wall in Beijing an unforgettable experience. He was extremely knowledgeable about the history and significance of the Great Wall, and also had a great sense of humor!! It was definitely informative and enjoyable. We visited the Zhangjiajie area for 5 days during our trip. Our guide William, 27, was very rare courtesy, available at all times, warning us of stairs , branches too low, .... He traced the ancient histories of the cities crossed, those of the great names in the history of his country with anecdotes: his culture about his country is real and very complete for the novices that we are. This young man is filled with qualities of soul, he is an artist who has a krooner voice, he sang with pleasure during our journeys from Chinese to English and even French. Good job. In restaurants he successfully advised us on the dishes to choose, it was an enchantment for our taste buds. And finally he accompanied us to the check-in at the airport. William you are more than a guide you are a jewel for this beautiful country that we discover and that you have made particularly delicious. Thank you and thank you again.
