Mutianyu Great Wall
Your guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel in Beijing and take you to the Mutianyu Great Wall(approximately 1.5 hours).
- Take the cable car or ski lift up to the Wall and enjoy a leisurely exploration of this well-preserved section.
- Learn about the history of the Wall, originally built during the Northern Qi Dynasty (550–577) and reconstructed in the early Ming Dynasty under General Xu Da’s supervision.
- Hike along the Wall with your guide to explore various towers and marvel at the stunning views of the surrounding hillsides.

Ming Tombs – Dingling
After lunch, head to the Ming Tombs, a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site at the foot of Tianshou Mountain.
- Visit Dingling, the only excavated tomb of the thirteen Ming imperial tombs. Built in 1590, it was the burial site of Emperor Shen Zong and the empress in 1620.
- Explore the Underground Palace, admire the artifacts in the museum, and learn about the history and cultural significance of the Ming Dynasty.
